Founder and Managing Attorney of ATLI & ATLI, carrying forward a legal legacy rooted in 1974. Specialises in private law, international arbitration and information technology law. Holds LL.M. degrees from the University of Kent and King’s College London. Member of the İzmir Bar Association since 2005.

Atty. Gülce Sağırlar

Graduated with honours from İzmir Yaşar University Faculty of Law in 2023 under an academic merit scholarship. Completed her LL.M. in Private Law at İzmir Ekonomi University in 2026, with a thesis on Performance of Debt by a Third Party and Subrogation. Specialises in private law, family law, contracts and compensation law.

Atty. Damla Nur Terzi

Graduated from İstanbul Beykent University Faculty of Law in 2020. Currently pursuing an LL.M. in Private Law with a focus on corporate law at İstanbul Beykent University (enrolled 2024). Specialises in corporate law and commercial disputes, overseeing the firm’s Istanbul litigation.
